My Compensation as a Buyer’s Agent:
Seller typically pays brokerage commissions for both Listing and Buyer’s agents.
Commissions go to pay Pacific Union as my Broker, my office and operating expenses, and as compensation for my time, effort and expertise during the period we work together.
I don’t get paid until the purchase of your new home is completed at price & terms you find acceptable.
