My Commitment to you as a Buyer:

• My only job as your agent and fiduciary is to protect your interests.

• To get it for you at the best achievable price & terms.

• To make the process as easy, understandable and stress-free as possible.

• To manage the transaction so that you are fully aware of the condition and circumstances of the home you buy.

My Compensation as a Buyer’s Agent:

• Seller typically pays brokerage commissions for both Listing and Buyer’s agents.

• Commissions go to pay Pacific Union as my Broker, my office and operating expenses, and as compensation for my time, effort and expertise during the period we work together.

• I don’t get paid until the purchase of your new home is completed at price & terms you find acceptable.
